*EDITED*
I didn't know Iron Banner sold level 36 gear (as people are telling me), so this post is moot...I'm on level 31 anyways, and thanks for the funny responses...how I love what people say on the internet. I never thought about level 32 being necessary only for raid purposes, so I guess I don't need it
And if you are wondering, I DO RAIDS, but I do not get good drops, so it was just an idea

I only agree on the basis that there should be another option for LVL 32 gear. Variety, is a huge key that is missing. We have all these guardians we learn about (grimoire cards) but yet no gear to associate them with. The Vault of Glass raid gear could have been based off those guardians that were erased from time, thus solving/finishing the story. Kabr's gear is present for the titans but what about warlocks or hunters. Hezen, maybe but prime zealot doesn't sound like a name. Exotics get you to 32, so no change needed there. As for how you come by this 32 legendary gear, that is where I have differing views. This game in a way pushes the PvP player away as there is no way to achieve highest rank without playing PvE. I feel there should be a guaranteed PvP area that drops LVL 32 gear. Similar to Ironbanner and Osirus in that your gear and weapons matter. Think of it as a ranked arena with mixed gametypes, yes mixed you have to perform well in different environments. The drops are all RnG but to a degree rely on your performance in each match. I don't think it should be like Ironbanner in that you reach a certain Rep LVL and then just purchase the gear. A certain Reputation LVL unlock gauntlets for drop, another few and you unlock boots, and so on... You gain rep for wins, bonus for K/D benchmarks or large multikill medals. Lose rep for a loss (minimal), reduce amount lost by getting bonus rep from K/D benchmark and medals Past this I don't think any 32 gear should be purchasable...
