They are a thing of the past, do you see soldiers on the front lines asking for M1 Garands?
They are inferior ancient technology and we must adapt and find new weapons to beat back the evil!
If they made VoG weps 331 attack all we would ever use until 2024 is fatebringer, Black hammer, Gally.

How are the old 300 exotics any different than the VoG guns? With your *outdated weapons* theory all the exotics should have stayed at 300 too. But that would be stupid and no one would agree with you. Unless, ofcourse, you like running around with 300 attack Gally's and Ice Breakers.

EXOTICS ARE MEANT TO BE -blam!-ING SPECIAL, WE ARE MEANT TO CARRY THEM WITH US THROUGH EVERY DLC AND EVERY EXPANSION. Ledgendaries are meant to be fresh and new every time. Sadly even the new ones are just reskins.

If those are the weapons people like using why shouldn't they get a choice to upgrade them? If bungie was in line with your thinking then none of the exotic weapons should have been able to be upgraded.

Are you autistic? Gally is an exotic there will always be an upgrade for the new version every single time BUNGIE decides to upgrade their weapons damage.
