I was pretty bummed about it at first. But crota hard will have new elemental types. I actually think it's good now not being able to upgrade the vog weapons cuz before VoC I hated scout rifles. Now I'm thinking about leveling MIDA to have a 331 scout in my arsenal. It's a good thing we can't upgrade retro legendary cause it makes you try new things. My 200 cents
