Only the Mythoclast because it is exotic. The legendaries shouldn't because there would be no need for new raid weapons. VOG weapons are made to cap at level 30 and I respect that.

Edit: a new difficulty with 331 attack VoG weapons would also work, brings more diversity in endgame.
