• The skills you need to beat it legit. Doing once does not mean you are good at it.

Well I don't really need to improve much more if I've already beaten it. If you argued that I'd need to prepare for hardmode Crota, that's another story entirely.

  • Beating it once does not prove anything at all. You do not become a pro from just one run. Same with crucible. People play all the time to improve and get better. They don't play and win one match and then say, "that's it I am good now and I don't need to play anymore because I won 1 match". No you have to keep playing in order to get better. I can't wait until hard mode comes out and you will be struggling more than before.

I think you're projecting your own views and beliefs onto other people. I don't play crucible to improve; I play because it's fun to kill other people. Beating something once is proof enough to me that I am skilled enough to beat the content. I think you may be suffering from some major self-esteem issues if you're constantly bent on self-improvement.

  • You are confusing personal disorders with skill improvements. Real gamers don't play once and call themselves good. You are fake gamer. You believe that beating something once makes you skilled. I play the game to get better so I don't struggle later. My first raid tool me 4 hours. My second took me 2. My third took me 45 mins. Now I am at 30 mins. You see how that works. I didn't get better by cheating. You don't see boxers fight once and call themselves good boxers. Have you seen Floyd Mayweather? He is training everyday to be a better boxer and stay on top of his game. He did not become the best by cheating and taking steroids or paying the judges. No, he continued fight, he continued training and look where that got him. MLG players don't play once match and call themselves pro. They keep playing and keep doing skirmishes and CMs to get better and to stay on top of their game. Look at OpTic and successful they have been. They didn't get their by hacking or doing glitches. They did it by practicing and getting better to be the best.

Now you're trying to equate raiding in Destiny to a profession. Why would I play this game that intently when I don't get paid for it? Also, I've been gaming for the better part of 18 years now and have reached a level of play that is superior to the average gamer just because of sheer experience. I didn't just spontaneously declare myself good because I beat Crota, once, in the legitimate fashion. Who are you to constitute what a real gamer is? That's extremely subjective. First you're trying to tell me I should do something more because of YOUR relative view on why I should play the game and now this? Your level of narcissism is reaching unbelievable levels. Implying anything short of a prodigy can attain a career playing video games...I'm guessing you're a teenager with the aspirations of becoming a MLG superstar? Stay deluded.

  • You still do not get it do you? Let me dumb it down for you so you can understand. Play the raid once legit and beat ok cool. How long maybe 4-6 hours. Play the raid 6 times legit and now you can beat beat in under 30 minutes. Now you can call yourself good. If you still don't understand than I lose all hope for you and wish you the best in life.
also real gamers understand the importance of improvement. If you don't understand that than you are not a TRUE gamer
• No actually I didn't. I had a Titan which was level 31. I never enjoyed using it so I decided to scrap her. I created another Hunter because they are fun to use and I have been one since beta. Nice try though :). Since you like to predict things about people, why don't you tell me the weather 2 months from now.
