Cheat in sports you could hurt someone. Especially a contact sport.
Take roids get back acne and shrunken balls.
Cheese a video game and get back time in real life...to help my gf with groceries, change a flat tire I didnt know I had to get to work on time and etc.
Me getting a chance and getting 01010010101010101010101010 item before you do and walk around with it while you inspect me and get jelly is like you walking into the men's locker room analyzing other dudes junk and getting mad.
I don't mean to crap on people who want to play legit and don't buy stuff from Xur, don't finish nightfalls because they died once to roleplay, don't watch youtube videos because they don't want to learn from someone else and all the other ways you justify video game life but don't value your own real life existence. Are you out in the real world changing lives, curing cancer, saving people from burning buildings, getting shot at by real life mofos and so on? If you are kudos then you know the futility of this whining for legit blah blah. But since you are whining about how other people play you must not be doing any of that stuff because then you know how trivial what you complain about really is my friend.
For me and many others video games are an escape and relaxation. If bungie or anyone else had a problem with the way people played the game they would have done something by now. They don't because Moses isnt coming down the hill and smiting anyone with 20 commandments. If anything RNGesus didnt get you sheebop for his birthday and you're not happy. Just because your friend can solo the boss doesn't mean jack. I have done the whole raid legit and cheesed someone as well. Depends on if i have time or if I give a crap at the moment.
Bungie doesnt owe me anything in their made up for fun world. Atheon still is a big glitch for me to this day but I still run him legit for the fun of it...or maybe to get that 010101010100000110101057 item hmm?
TLDR: To be honest I don't hate you I feel sorry for you and people like you that think in the big scheme of things video game morality means anything.

This has NOTHING to do with morals. Because morals don't belong here. The issue is that it's going to get patched and they're all gonna cry for help when they can't cheese their way through anything.

The fact they ask for help means that they want to do it correctly but then legit people laugh and say TT. I am just learning how to use the relic now not because I'm lazy but because my raid group met at 4am and we had assigned roles when the teleport took the furthest 3. I was assigned gunner and two of my teammates wanted to be heroes all the time. I was probably the last person in the original release of the raid to get 30 lol. Raid gear didnt drop for me. So me grabbing the relic at 28 and 29 was more liability than help am I correct? One misstep in an already glitchy raid meant wipe for my group. You know whats worse than dying and watching your teammates beat the raid without you? Try being the one reason the raid failed because RNGesus decided not to drop you raid gear lol

Thats your assumption, why do you care? Dont you have your friends to raid with? Never pushed atheon, did push templar. Did glitch at bridge many times, skip deathsinger with checkpoint, tried the warlock glitch at crota once, dont find it very useful, dc glitched crota once (but rather not, this aint exploiting a glitch, its causing one and feels like a bannable offense, so i stay away from it) Also ran it all legit. I get shit done faster, thats all it accounts to really. And looking forward to hard raid, with or without exploitable glitches
