Missed out on the Atheon cheese, everyone hammered that and had full sets of raid gear whilst I had to toil and grind away to hit 30. I only finally hit 30 a week or so before the update and then all my efforts were made obsolete with the new vanguard gear. Not missing out this time around, will use it til it gets patched but am not opposed to some legit runs to keep us all on our toes for when the patch hits.

The point is that cheesin crota isn't getting u more rewards than doing him legit, he is very easy to do legit even a 1-2 man team can kill him which is why people who don't exploit wonder why people even do this, I did crota first try on all toons this week and quicker than the cheese method If ur so bad that you + 5 can't kill him then u proly shouldn't be raiding Edit: and I don't mean u personally just in general :p

  • I can't one/two man Crota as the game hasn't deemed me worthy of the required weapons, after 400+ hours. When the rewards are mostly bad, I will take the path of least resistance to attain them. Have beat him legit a fair few times, usually a nightmare trying to organise a pub group, so why go through the pain?
