Okay, so lets go back a month or something now and we have friend number....one (even if he really isn't), he goes into McDonalds and meets this girl waiting apparently she doesn't like some people in our friend group, and neither does he exactly. So, he begins an odd friendship.
He introduces her to some people in our group, me, my lady friend and friend number 2, seems nice, a bit flirtatious, but that's her method of humour, and after a bit of her being in the group I keep my distances for my lady friends sake. Although, friend 1, really likes her...because she's a girl (he has a track record) and friend 2 isn't sure about her.
Anyway long story short, this girl turns out to be pretty cool and as it turns, has a lot in common with friend 2, and they spend a lot of time together, chilling, going out to lunch and movies, that sorta thing. While friend 1 is asking them both where they are going, what they're doing, and pretty much being a jealous little ass. Girl has also told him he is a good friend but doesn't like him (friend 1) that way, but he won't give up.
So the catalyst occurred the other day, the friendship between these two guys were fracturing because friend 1 couldn't take the fact that the girl "he introduced" to the group wasn't his......it doesnt always work out that way for the poor chum. So friend 1 has been saying things about friend 2, and friend 2 really didnt know about friend 1's emotions until he developed his own, and even at that, the girl actually liked him.
So here I am talking to friend two about his relationship with this girl, and pretty much they're beating around the bush about starting something real because the fact friend 1 is there, and it would ruin a friendship, they're trying to be considerate, but friend 1 is being persistent, saying things personal to friend 2, asking the girl for new years kisses and childish stuff....we're all 19 for god sake, so I concluded with friend 2, don't fracture anything, just stay friends with this girl (which would probably be the best solution anyway) and just enjoy yourself.
Annnnd New Years, at friend 1's house (he's house sitting) so everything was going okay, until things got odd in the middle of the night, friend 1 was drinking and tried to confront the girl and tried to kiss the poor thing, I encouraged him not to, he was trying to corner her, which looked really damn weird, she was worried as hell and still didn't want anything from him. She just wanted to be a friend, he ruins all the friendships he's had with girls because he's damn thirsty, still a virgin, not that its really an issue, but it bothers him a lot.
Anywho he got more drunk and decided to talk things out with my girlfriend in another room (mind you I was on them like a hawk, there's only one other guy I trust around my girl and that isn't him) got all teary and so forth and practically didn't talk to the girl or friend 2 for the whole night, ranting on about how he'll never introduce friends to the group again....obviously not taking rejection well.
So, why am I pissed with him? He obviously doesnt know restraint in drinking and neither does my girlfriend, after she got absolutely blind, yes blind (she fell off a bed while sitting down -_- ) he was continuously telling me to go to bed and he'll sort her out.....nope, I stayed up till 5:30 am with my eyes on him till he went to bed and until she finally got her drunk ass from one room to another, she's lovely, but drunk annoys me to no end. So yeah I have trust issues with him, but with his past can I be to blame?
In the morning apparently he tried to confront the girl and friend 2 someway or another and they decided to get right out of there, he's lost 2 friends (friend 1) due to trying to be friends with this girl (the people she didn't like) 2 more, being the girl and friend 2, due to his flat out angsty attitude toward everyone and the fact......he doesn't have a girl. Certain he'll lose more friends now unless he tries to shape things together. I can't talk to him because I just feel he's messed up things amongst the group and created too much tension.....and we're all adults who don't need the bullshit. Maybe if he shapes himself up, but do you guys think, it's currently best to cut friend 1 off until he can shape himself out, and try to get out of his stupid habits?
