I'm a "Christmas Noob" or a "Christmas Scrub" to the newest installment in the Call of Duty franchise although I'm well acquainted with the series as a whole(I've been playing sense black ops 1 and have sense played every game from World at War / Modern Warfare.) So naturally, even though I'm level 1 in game, I could still compete and enjoy the game.
Now on to my opinions on the game.
Campaign
I have not completed the story mode for this game yet I still like it. I think it rushed things in the beginning. It should've waited just a few more missions before critical plot points happened.
Co-Op Mode: Exo Survival
I was a bit nervous when u heard Sledgehammer was bringing something new in terms of a Co-Op game mode. The previous title, Call of Duty: Ghost, had a new Co-Op mode, Extinction, in which you fought aliens. It was fun at first, but didn't really feel like what I (and many others) wanted with the Co-Op mode in a COD game. Exo Survival was different though. It reminds me of the Modern Warfare 3 survival. You can obtain kill streaks, guns, perks, etc. While fighting off waves of enemies with an added objective every few rounds. The ability to pick a class is also nice. I myself gravitate towards the "Specialist" class while my friends choose "Heavy", but to each his own.
Multiplayer
The multiplayer in this COD game is different. With the added Exo abilities and movement, it's a bit more fast paced then other games. While camping is still in the game, most players are busy ducking, diving, and dashing to the objective. There isn't many guns, which made me reluctant to play the multiplayer, but each gun has several different forms. An example is the akimbo heavy weapon, the XMG. My friend has picked up two "Elite" versions off the weapon. "Bacon & Eggs" and "Bread & Butter". One offers much more damage at a cost of accuracy loss while the other offers more accuracy at the cost of damage reduction. This makes each gun different. You AK-12 could be much stronger then mine but the gun I wield may have the range of a DMR.
-----------------------------------------------
Over all I would rate this game 10/10. I've been a COD fan once I played Black Ops, so this game was almost guaranteed to get a few good reviews from myself.
Now that I'm done talking, what're your thoughts on the game?
Edit 1) After playing the multiplayer & Exo Survival for a bit longer, I noticed there are many spots that are low to the ground and wouldn't be game breaking but yet they're covered by invisible walls. This is stupid. An example is defender, in the back of the map by the plane, there's this rock with a tree on it, low to the ground, much lower then your double jump height, but yet when you go to jump on top of it- INVISIBLE WALL! There's no reason for there to be as many of these as there is. Changing my rating to 9/10.

Campaign was slightly above average due to Kevin spacey Exo survival is pretty fun Multiplayer is still very similar but the new movement helps it feel unique They're adding in Exo zombies, can't wait to see what it's like.
