Everyone knows that raid chest in the first area of the Crota's End raid but you can never find. I have found a way to ensure you find this first chest. Firstly grab your team and hug the left wall. There are two rooms before hitting the first lamp.If you have found them and they are not there here's what to look out for. When the chest spawns there is a right crystal above the door that shines. You will find the raid chest in there. However after death it moves to another location. So if you don't have a team and want this chest you can constantly die and let the chest spawn at the first door on the left. So prepare all your guardians for the raid and get that chest!
