I soloed him with my Titan at 31. His shield is Arc As soon as he shows up hit him with fist of havok. His shield should be gone. Then I unloaded 1 full clip of Song of Ir Yut and he was done.

One during the actual warsat event and the other during "the enemy moves against each other" fake event (doesn't give rewards or announce that it's an event) This version of Urzok is impossible to solo. I used maxed Fatebringer, light of the abyss, and arc rocket launcher and his arc shield still did not come off. Need at least two people for this one. So go for the warsat event if ya want him easy

This cowboy, Urzok, is all hat, no cattle if you know what I mean. Once his shield is down he doesn't have very much health. I've killed him 4 times and only had help this last time. If you bring your Murmur and an Arc machine gun for the shield, you'll be fine.

Get fusion or shot gun that does arc damage and set heavy to arc as well. Use machine gun, they work a lil better than rockets on him. Go in with full grenades, melee, and super. Take his shield out with your heavy first and don't try to reload because his shield regenerates really quick. Switch to special and continue. Use super and nades when you can. Reload both special and heavy weapons and keep at it. Good luck.

Honestly just set aside about an hour to sit at skywatch and keep trying to kill him. During the Warsat Public Event he is notably way easier to kill than during the "war". He takes about 15 min to spawn either as a war or a Warsat. Its not so bad guys just make sure all your guns are loaded and your abilities Primed. He can easily be soloed during Warsat, but will require around 3 people to kill during the war.
