RUNESCAPE - What level were you? What items did you have?
If you think you are grinding in Destiny, you should have seen how it was in Runescape lol. MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF XP PER SKILL.
Would you play Runescape if it came to Xbox/Playstation lol? And had REAL graphics. The #1 player was Zezima in RS2 for a while.
I played Runescape 2 in like 2006, 8th grade with all of my friends. You had to watch out for trading scammers lmao.
I was mainly a ranger/wizard hybrid at level 88, and loved it. I even had a Robin Hood hat which was like a few million GP.
I remember being a Lumbridge noob, and then questing throughout the lands for items.
I remember Castle Wars, and the various armors/weapons, from picking either Zamarok, Saradomin, or Guthix.
SO MANY WAYS TO MAKE $. I mostly mined or crafted. Pvp in the wilderness was pretty fun haha until clans destroyed you.
AND THE DROP PARTIES. POPPING BALLOONS AND GETTING BIG ITEMS. Wave2: Buying rune scimmy, 100K.
So, if you did play it, what did you have? When did you play? What level were you? (i.e. combat, + your skills)
DAMN, MOST OF YOU WERE LEVEL 100+ with 50+M. I only had like 8m lmao :(
I MISS THE QUESTS. SO MANY. AND PVP WAS FUN IN THAT.

Trimmed completionist cape on 1 character and a normal comp cape on an other one. On the trimmed character i have around 3-4B bank and on the normal one around 2-3B I quit playing when destiny came out, so ye..i know what grinding is

3 RepliesI had a completionist cape for a while. Slayer was my last 99. I got 200m DG. I miss scape back in the 2011-2013 days. I almost got a purple partyhat but I lost some stakes and became poor. 99 RC b4 runespan GG.

4 RepliesThat's why I always laugh at people who complain about Destiny's "grind." Level 84 woodcutting off of Yew trees, level 70 fletching with NOTHING bought--chopped the trees, picked the flax, spun the strings, etc. Destiny doesn't have a grind.

Ugh the grinding in that game was something else and so addicting too. Had a huge drop party when I left it. Drops from all my slayer tasks had added up to around 120 mil. I saved a few coin for myself when and if I ever decide to go back which is a long shot lol. The friends I made on there are still good friends with me to this day. And yes, I would buy that game if it came to counsels :p

I was lvl 138 with 1b cash and a divine shield which at the time was worth 1.2b. All the godswords. I was pretty good. Name: lord Cain

I think I got to around 110, only 1 99(cooking). I had 194 days played. One point had around 40 mil. Started playing when the yo-yo was the Christmas gift, right after gifts became untradeable. So sad the game changed so dramatically to mimic WOW

But I was 109 f2p and 117 p2p and had 1 99 and it was fishing (played cod while my inventory filled and banked) And ya I would buy the console version. But that is only if they kept the core game the same and not this WoW clone bullcrap

Believe I was like 118, 4 skill capes and had quest cape when I stopped playing. Had fishing :))) woodcutting cooking and fletchling. Put so much time Into that game kinda weird how I just stopped playing it... Who wants to start a new rs3 clan!? .. It is rs3 now right?

Level 98. With a quest cape. After the first grandmaster quest. 99 in fishing and thieving.

I think I was level 64, basic sword and shield until I realized I should probably work on more skills to make my character more versatile haha
