TRIBUTE TO RANDALL THE VANDAL
In my opinion randall the vandal is presently the one and only legend in destiny... Who is the speaker? Who is atheon? Who is crota? Who is the traveler?
...since he was nerfed he reached legendary status... I'd love him to be the predator he was hiding in a lvl 8 sheep.
He could decapitate aksor... He could annihilate valus tau'uc... Im convinced he would even kill crota and atheon... Without cheesing them and soloing ;)

3 Repliesthe story for the new raid should revolve around how Randal single-handedly took control of the house from the queen, became their new god, and is now on a warpath to take over the solar system. The current Vandal in the forgotten shore is actually a decoy.

4 RepliesRandal can still appear, kill the first reaver vandal and shank. Stay in forgotten shore, within two minutes they should respawn, the new vandal (for me at least) took 3 rockets, 2 nova bombs, all ammo from my murmur, and 5 mags from my MIDA. I took a video and can confirm that it's post TDB due to my using murmur. I'll link it when I find it.

1 ReplyFirst time I met Randal I though I was having a stroke ...I shot a Vandal in the head 3 times with my hawkmoon only to see his health drop by about 0% I turned off my game then and there I knew my console was possessed and have never want to go back and see that demon again 😱

Was messing around on Patrol last night when behold Randal appears (I've not seen him in weeeks) - I made a meal of the fight on purpose - He's still pretty ripped for a Lvl 8

I was looking for fallen majors to kill for a bounty on a public event when I met him. I thought the game was glitching cause I hit him with the Hawk, IB, and too many fusion grenades to count. I finally killed him and checked a week later to see if it would happen again. Sure enough there he was strollin out of his cave throwing his fist in the air. I miss the little bastard.

1 ReplyIt's funny, I initially missed all the Randall hype and leaned that he had been nerfed. Forever lost, only viewable on the Tube of You. Though, behold, one night, as I fought to complete my Fallen Major bounty, I ran into a vandal. I assumed this was like any other Reaver Vandal. He'd be gone before I could fire a second HoC rocket. 6 shots later, the bastard looked at me with pity, for my soul was his for the taking. Randall the Vandal is alive and well. He will fight you and fight you until you are no more. That day, I was lucky to be a gunslinger, my jumps and 'nades helped to save me, golden gun twice directly to Randall, and clips and clips from my trusty Thorn. I slew the beast of a vandal. Now I find myself watching my back, expecting each Reaver to be THE Reaver

I ran into one about a week back. Took countless grenades, 2 supers, a full load of rockets and most of my primary and secondary ammo. It was a great fight but I eventually killed him.

2 RepliesThe first time I met Randal the Vandal was back in the early days of the PS4 beta. At the time, I knew yellow-health-bar enemies were tough, but nothing prepared me for the boss-like fight I did not see coming. After a few minutes of head-shots and grenades to the face, his health reduced by a small fraction, he looked me dead in the eye with a look that seemed to say "is that all you got?". Needless to say, after several more minutes of unloading the entirety of my ammunition a few times over, Randal finally fell. After my victory, I then continued to finish my bounties and return to the Tower. After reaching lvl 8, I decided to pay Randal another visit to see any difference in my strength since then. However, the Vandal I killed then was definitely not Randal, as he could only withstand few bullets to his head. After the beta, I've seen him only a handful of occasions but none very recently. If he climbed through the ranks, he may become a more formidable foe than any Kell or Archon seen so far...

I literally thought the game was lagging or something when I first encountered him. There was a lot of profanity.
