Petition to stop all non DLC purchasers having access to 31 gear
Why should people that never paid for the expanded gear get access to level 31 gear at the vendor? They should all sit at 30 forever unless they want to support the franchise. Why should they get access to content others have paid for?

Paying for Power is unfair. Why should they be denied access to content that has either been removed or locked off by paywalls (weekly missions)?
