Xur/RNGesus/Cryptarch should make the "good" exotics available more frequently. Why? It will benefit the community "physically" and mentally. People who play together will have a greater chance to enjoy the strike/raid/match, instead of drudging around the mud pit. Matches in crucible would be more about skill. Players will feel better about the work/time required for the reward. All bungie has to do is balance the different guns better, both pve and PvP (separately of course).
