Its a PvE weapon. It sucks in PvP as its primary perk that gives it infinite ammo you will most likely never get. So as a PvE weapon why the need to nerf it? If you miss a crit then it's just another sniper rifle. Also why do you want all the weapons to be the same? Then it makes Destiny just like any other shooter.
