Badger CCL - Best Scout Rifle
Got it from Legendary engram, perks are "precision kills drastically increase reload speed" and "ADS increases effective Range". This thing has wonderfully balanced stats and reloads SO quickly. I haven't maxed it yet, but does anyone else have any personal experience or input with this rifle?

rapier pretty good too. I think I like nitc better just because of the larger mag. Badger seems to stagger enemies more often from my experience, maybe it hits a little harder?

2 RepliesOnce you get a scout with elemental damage, VoC or other ones you will never go back to kinetics.

It's okay. Shoots a little too slow for me. I prefer the more accurate, faster shots from the Rapier.

Great SR. I got Firefly, Zen, and High Cal on it. Staggers most AI's easily, and in crucible makes it very difficult for people to get shots on you at range. Once you get used to the recoil and Fire Rate you probably won't let it go unless you find another with better perks.

My go to is the MIDA Multi-tool. It my favorite exotic hands down. I utilize more so than the Gjallarhorn and Icebreaker combined.
