Hahaha bungie isn't going to ban anyone. Honestly people, so many people have "cheesed" crota.
That's ALOT of damn people to ban.
almost half of the people will be banned and there goes their profit. You honestly think bungie will take that risk. ? Uh no . Haha people stop with these stupid posts about ban
It's not Bungie. Microsoft's (or Sony's) terms of service is being violated. Just because others or a group of people are doing something wrong, doesn't make it any less wrong. This "cheese" is actually a network error and is considered cheating. Bungie already made their money even before you bought the game. They are under contract with Activison and already got paid for it. People will not stop with these posts because cheating is ruining the integrity of a game they enjoy and should be punished.

But are Sony going to ban people for going into their own ps4 system and unchecking the network connection box ? They can't prove your doing it to aid a game. I agree beating crota is easier straight but there's no way sony will ban players for doing something that is allowable under their own system .

They can to an extent. Disconnected due to an error is logged. Volunteering to drop is not. On top of that people are being reported. So yes there is ways to know. And yes they should do something to punish them because there are just as many costumers upset about as there are ones saying "it's okay". Personally if these cheeses/cheats didn't affect me or my gameplay in anyway shape or form I really wouldn't care. But since Bungie is intentionally holding back content so this stuff can be player tested, it is frustrating me. I've been ready for hardmode since week 2 and I'm having to wait so they can see what things they need to fix. Given the choice ban these kids and release my hard mode every time.

Why does sony even allow the owner to disconnect then? They have the menu and option , it's your own ps4, you can do what you choose . If Sony strictly forbid it , there would be no menu option .

It's not just about disconnecting, it's doing to create an exploit.
