I beat him legit once a week. The next two times I beat him, it's however the people I'm with want to do it. I don't see a problem cheesing him. Especially in the last few days where service was so bad, we accidentally cheesed him once. It was actually pretty funny. We were going for legit, and the game host got kicked. Sigh.
