In your opinion, what company has the worst customer support? Post you experiences below.
Personally I hate Apple. Their support page is confusing and everytime I use iTunes on both non-Apple and Apple devices, something goes terribly wrong and the only solution, like right now, is to lock me out my account and send me an E-Mail saying that I am being hacked.
Apple UK have the best customer service ever, once I spilt water all over my iPod, and they gave me a new one for free.

Lg. lg hosted a contest with the nations 10 leading art schools with a very hefty cash prize. Then they opened the contest with a incredibly faulty upload system. Then they posted about their contest and how lg supports art on facebook for the next month. I called those fycks over 10 times with no resolution, as did many others. And that's why I want them to burn. After all this they only chose photos as winners.... Yes. I'm salty. If you host a contest trying to prove that your super expensive panels are high quality enough to display art you absolutely cannot pick only photo work...we know, tvs have done that for ever now.

I have to say game. It's a UK game store. All my preorders this year have turned up between 16 and 48 hours late. They used to have a customer service department. They used to have a number for their head offices. Now all they have is email. I emailed my disappointment about the delayed preorders, how one of them ruined my brothers birthday and how my friends who ordered off amazon had got their games a day early. All I got back every time (3 days later) was "we're sorry but glad the problem is now sorted"
