1 ReplyGear based games can get pretty hard if your drops are shit. Borderlands 2 on ultimate vault hunter mode with green gear made me want to rip my hair out.

Battle toads arcade version was probably the hardest game I've played. The console version is a close second, with my first blind DarkSouls play through being in third place.
