Vanquish on "God-Hard" I never did beat it. Very few people have even played it. It's a fun 3rd person run and gun style game that turns into a stay in cover and pray game on godhard.

Probably DMC original. Never got very far into it. Between fixed camera angles and iffy controls, I never beat it. Honorable mention to Blinx: The Timesweeper for being the most unexpectedly difficult, being a rated E game.
