There's been a few for me but, atm I'd say Castlevania Lords of Shadow on Palladin is pretty damn tough. Especially if you start from scratch on that difficulty.

Now that Bloodborne is out I have flashbacks of my days playing Demon's Souls. I have never played a souls game at the time and saw this one for pretty cheap. I bought it. Popped it into my ps3... And died. Over. And over. And over again. Little did know that's what happens in a souls game!
