I Have To Call Out; What Disease Do I Have?
I have work later, but can't go in because I have a family thing to do, so I have to call out, what ridiculous disease should I tell my manager I am dying of?
The more visceral the better.

A very bad head nose viral infection cold thingy that also involves sneezing, stuffy nose, and lots of coughing that is horrible, I don't know it's name.
