Alright, I know about 99% of people are having trouble with signing into Destiny/PSN, this can possibly help.
On PSN home screen, go to your Settings>Network>Set Up Internet Connection, now go to Wifi/Lan cable (whatever you use) and use Custom, (choose you network and put in your password [If on wifi]), now, keep going through the screens normally until you come to a screen that says MTU, replace the current number (not before saving it on a piece of paper/notepad, see Notice 2) with 1473, and boom, there you go. This worked for me.
Notice 1: I did not find this fix nor do I take credit for it, I just stumbled across it on a website that got the information from a forum.
Notice 2: If this does not work, make sure to go back to your MTU settings and put the number it was previously on.
For Xbox users, you could maybe try to find the MTU setting on your Xbox, and trying the same thing, but nonetheless, I wish you luck and know it can be a stressful problem during the holidays, when we are usually on games the most. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

This is most likely just coincidence that it started to work and thousands of people messing with network setting will prolly just add to the stress the servers are under
