This may or may not be related to Destiny, but due to the amount of posts I've seen about this issue, I decided to post it here as it seems like it would gather a larger audience as well.
I am not a mediator nor am I ethnical or social scholar, I am just practicing my freedom of speech.
I've seen a variety of posts concerning Xbox players being able to play and Playstation players not being able to play. As a playstation player, I appreciate those who wish us a quick recovery with PSN to get us online to play Destiny. For those Xbox players who are boasting about being able to play, I don't blame you.
I'm sure there have been playstation players bragging about our exclusive content, and people have reported that many PS4 players are rude and arrogant which I apologize for.
But as clichè as it sounds, we're all guardians right?
I know it's not like this xbox vs playstation feud has begun just now, but on this forum we're all a part of the Destiny community; veterans from launch, rookies from the holiday season, veteran Bungie fans, etc.
We all suffered to the hands of the treacherous Lizard Squad and their "mom wheres my pizza rolls" 35 year old livin wid momma ugly no friends gamer enraging fat bitchasses motherfu - ahem, excuse me - We all fall prey to the horrors, or maybe even blessings sometimes, bestowed upon us by the villainous, dream crushing, yet surprising Rahool and the bipolar RNG-SUS. We all go on here to speak our mind and ask for advice or just chat whether it be here on this forum for Destiny or in the other forums such as other games, offtopic, and etc. Either way, we seek and accept answers from both platforms. We all search for partners here to embark on dangerous nightfalls, raids, strikes, missions, or even just for friends; it has been demonstrated too, that many friendships have and can emerge from forming a 3 or 6 man team of random players that work well together - it's really fun getting to know other people and working well with eachother and being supportive. We all wish for this honorable gaming franchise to prosper with our input and the effort of Bungie.
However, I know that there can be bad experiences as well. Maybe there was one guy who didn't cooperate with the team in a nightfall or raid, or maybe someones just being obnoxious or who knows? There's tons of possibilities and it's parallel to real world experiences. Destiny is filled with players from different countries, speaking different languages, living in different environments, with different mindsets, views, gaming styles, struggling through their own hardships, but all playing one game.
Why be rude? Why even further separate the country or the whole world at that? We have enough problems like discrimination of race, political parties, and country boundaries.
You can always disagree or just not like or work well with someone, but I just ask of you not to be rude, mean, etc. What good comes out of it? Isn't it crazy how in our day and age in our world, being nice, charitable, supportive, or considerate is considered whack? Or so shocking that not many can believe if someone is being sincere or devious with intention of taking advantage of the other?
Once everyone can understand that we are all humans, and for us, guardians, all this diversity, conflict, and separation will cease to exist. Why not start here where we're all gamers enjoying the same game together?
Ultimately, we are one huge Destiny community of guardians who chose different paths with their purchase of their selected platform, yet we are all the same. We all wish for this honorable gaming franchise to prosper with our input and Bungie's effort so that we can all enjoy the game together.
Maybe I took this too far and blew it out of proportion haha. But I just wanted to speak my mind as part of the younger generation (16).
Disagree with me, chat with me, anything, this is solely my viewpoint. Loved to hear from everyone.

Own both and I find companies always give playstation many more exclusives for games for both. Also more actual exclusives worth playing.
