You can now sign in!!!
Edit: It's up for some places but still down for some, I think it's being restored
Edit: If you can sign in it might be that it's not up for your region or you may want turn your playstation off and then turn it on
Edit: some people can sign in now but can't play destiny
Edit: Now working for almost all regions

Tried everything still not working I'm in Washington state. Going to get chainsaw and say bye bye PS4 at this point :D
