Did vog hard over 35+. Started 2 more characters to boost my chances to get the vex and fatebringer. Got my first vex on my 21st attempt, second vex the week after. My first Fatebringer....just got it last Friday. lol I love that fatebringer. OMG. what a relief but because I have 3 characters....I need 2 more.

2 RepliesI think you see a lot more fatebringers because the fb is the kind of weapon you can use on anything, vex is also very reliable but its not as fun as fb.

Defeated Aetheon around 30 times, have received 4 Vex Mythoclasts. Defeated Templar at least 60 times, have received 0 Fatebringers. In my case, there is an obvious winner.

Done hard raid like 20 times. I've only had both drop twice for me.

To me they're both hard to get. Played destiny on ps3 for 3 months. 3x a week vog hard. None of them ever dropped. Same thing is happening on Xbox now .-.

Yeah.. I got full raid armor for crota and VoG for my lock..which also got the vex within the period. Exotics poping out on nightfall.. granted.. I they where ones I had..But still. Then buying 3 chest engram.. and getting the 1 from each class that I had left to get. Felt like that has dried up my rng pool though. Finally this past week I got my first VoG primary, and the pulse rifle from crota. Which rocked nightfall today. So yeah burst of unimaginable RNG.. But otherwise I'm back on the butt end of rng again... Enjoy it while out lasts.

I've dismantled 2 extra vex but I just can't get a Fatebringer

I'm the exception. Have a Fatebringer on each character and have dismantled three or so. Had a corrective mesaure for all but have dismantled all but one, space issues. Have gotten all other weapons but no Vex.

I've been running since launch and have gotten 1 fatebringer, 2 vexes, and 1 praetorian foil. I didn't get the foil until about a month ago.

I'm on roughly 20 Templar completions (I know I've got 10 VOG completions), and still no Fatebringer..... :( It's the only gun I'm really searching for at the moment....... I'd happily have traded my Vex drop for it as well......

I've gotten 1 Vex and 1 Fatebringer. I have 3 characters Titan created at the beginning, hunter a week before the expansion and a warlock about 3 weeks ago. My Titan is the unluckiest SOB in the VoG! I ran VoG since the beginning with my Titan and just got Praedyth's Revenge and Vision of Confluence over and over. About 6 weeks ago I defeated Atheon on hard twice. Once with my Titan and nothing good so I was ready to give up. Then I ran it with my hunter and got Vex and Atheon's Epilogue for the first time. Then, as I kept running with my hunter, I slowly got other raid weapons. Most are obsolete by now though. I had never gotten Fatebringer though until this week in my 2nd hard run with my warlock. My warlock also got the 1st exotic I've ever received from VoG at the exotic chest. It was Red Death. I have two now. Crota's End is totally different. I have every weapon and duplicates of most except for Light of the Abyss. I even got the crux on my 2nd hard Crota defeat. The two raids have a completely different drop rate. They did deliver when they said raid weapons would be easier to acquire and duplicates would be avoided. At least for me. I have gotten duplicates but they're dropping where they should and I have 3 characters. Hilariously, my first hard VoG with my warlock I got 2 helmets from Atheon! Why two?! The RNG in VoG is completely bonkers.
