Hey. You.
Yeah. You. Get over here.
Are you up to commanding an army?
- Breakout alpha catchphrase
Hello Flood. Welcome to Breakout. Each player controls a world in the Orion Arm. You have a starfleet and ground troops, as well as other weapons. Your goal? To take over EVERY EXISTING WORLD AND CLAIM VICTORY FOR YOUR OWN. Are you up to the challenge?
Rules:
-No game breaking tech
-Tech tiers do exist:
Tier One: What you start with. Marines, ODSTs, Scorps, Warthogs, Frigates.
Tier Two: Orbital Defense Platforms
Tier Three: Destroyers.
Tier Four: SPARTAN-IIs, Carriers, MJOLNIR
Tier Five: SPARTAN-IIIs
Tier Six: SPARTAN-IVs, Capital Ship, MJOLNIR GEN2
- Respect other players. What they say goes.
-Have fun.
-You can also play as a Covenant race's world. Just translate that race's rankings into human Tech Tiers.
Sincerely,
Me
EDIT: SPARTANs according to tech level, not skill
Edit, Redux: I will give Tier Advancement Posts when we are ready.
Edit, Again: Please say when you go offline. Because if you don't, people will burn your world(s) to the ground. Anyone who loses may start again.

World:Threshold defeats Sangheilios's defenses and takes the world. We are the First to Two.
-
Edited by Koldraxon: 12/30/2014 12:10:53 AMThe Kal'eon have paused their reality / Sleep mode activated. [AWAY for [UNSPECIFIED TIMESCALE]. You cannot hurt us until I return]

Threshold uses all military forces to advance on Sangheilios.
-
Forces of Threshold: 10000000000000 Civvies 100000000 Marines 2000 ODSTs 30000 Frigates 30 Orbital Defense Platforms

Edited by Qasr Deldour: 12/31/2014 1:40:12 AMI choose sanghelios 25% of my current budget goes into building locust to protect the planet from orbital attack. I import grunts and jackal mercenaries, and focus on training untrained elites. I attempt to make money through small taxes, and protecting sangheili (elite) citizens.
-
Dibs on the Arc. I activate Halo. I then detonate nukes aboard my ships, killing everyone. GG ya figs.
-
I call Uranus
-
Sounds like fun
http://forum.haloarchive.com You're more likely to find people more into the game on there though.
So how do you play?
-
lol I'd just wall myself in and watch the universe go to shit
-
World- Threshold completes Tier Two technology. Orbital Defense Platforms are jettisoned. Divert three ships to explore solar system.
-
I kill all my men and live alone
-
Something is seriously wrong with you if you put SPARTAN IIIs and IVs above SPARTAN IIs
-
I WIN
-
I activate the Halo Array, killing all life in the universe and ending this silly game.
-
Okay I invade everyone You're all caught by surprise and die a horrible fiery death the emd! I win! game over!
-
Tier Two research complete.

We have seen one of these before. Prepare for the Kal'eon, as they will rise from Covenant (called 'ExCov' for ease of identification). Deploying classified data: /These Covenant have a brown/gold stripe, crossing next to eachother (gold as a sort of trim, bronze/brown/brass as the main), painted onto their armor as an identifier that they serve the Kal'eon.
Notice: The 'ExCov' replaced Grunts and Jackals and Drones with Promethean Crawlers and [Bishops], due to a rather foreign power only identified as 'Koldraxon's Influence', which effects things over time, eventually reformatting them according to his design. His image. However, in this version of reality, the Kal'eon start out as the 'ExCov' and must break the other foes before progressing to take off the Covenant, followed by searching for the actual Kal'eon Homeworld (unnamed planet, identified as 'Koldraxon's Mark', whereas Koldraxia/Gateworld is home to the Koldraxian Imperials, their Ascended Anscestors).

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=kal%27eon+legion&rlz=1C1KMZB_enGB546GB546&espv=2&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=HEyhVKzQHoTzUNvOgOgK&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ&biw=1366&bih=667

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Koldraxian&rlz=1C1KMZB_enGB546GB546&espv=2&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=P0yhVLvRIcT8UuyDgqgL&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAg&biw=1366&bih=667

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Koldraxon&rlz=1C1KMZB_enGB546GB546&espv=2&biw=1366&bih=667&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=X0yhVNgVhfBQ-v2CsAs&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAg

First Tier: Rough mechanical replications of Promethean Crawlers and Sentinels in place of basic infantry, Sangheili and [Diet-altered Jiralhanae?] act as ODSTs and special forces. Usual Covenant vehicles with the exception of several visual differences (glowing neon orange light trims on some higher-end vehicles, Wraith has custom variant with scorpion-like cannon that fires beams of concussion shots that travel slowly, but hit hard). Frigates/Corvettes may resemble a hybrid of designs (vaguely looks like the Destiny logo, stretched forward a fair bit more). Second tier: Anti-drop-pod defensive arrays, shield systems on some ships, basic defense guns. Third tier: Accessing old Kal'eon design records, reconfigure Covenant Destroyers to counter combat situations (strafing, glassing beam can be turned forewards on all previous vessels as a primary Mac gun function-a-like, fires large bolts). Fourth tier: Due to Koldraxon's Influence, ExCov find an old Kal'eon Temple-Fortress, and awaken a large compliment of [Legion-Warriors], equivalents of Spartans, whilst also funding the assembly of newer versions of their existing ships, due to Kal'eon tech. (All ships now bronze with gold trim, firing a hybrid of Hard-Light/Plasma weapon types. Glassing weapons replaced with less vulnerable weaponry) Legion armories unlocked, thus granting a new layer of weapons and armor for existing troops. Fifth tier: Due to finding an old relic, apparently a Composer reconstruction that cannot compose organics, the Kal'eon ExCov gain more modern Prometheans, now with Knights in place of ODST-positions. Sixth Tier: Ka'Legion'ri created from evolving Legion'ri. A Koldraxian Phalanx is uncovered from what seems to be a shipyard. Kal'eon tech consistently proves better than Covenant technology. 7th Tier: Covenant tech discarded in favor of Kal'eon technologies due to finding Koldraxon's Mark. Majority of forces now comprise of Legion'ri. 8th Tier: Koldraxon's Monument begins to be built on the ExCov's first world which they came from. More Kal'eon ship types. 9th Tier: Legion'Kaal, the Champion/Generals of the Kal'eon Legions, arise.
World of choice: [CurledDesert29, any world suitable for the 'ExCov'?]
Additional notice: This is based on things created by myself, to find them, look for the Spoiler'd URLs. You may alter the altered tree as you see fit. Another thing: Koldraxon's Monument is the statue shown in the image. These range from 12 feet tall to 77 feet, depending on the importance to Koldraxon's Faith in the area. The 77 feet ones can be found in pairs at Cathedrals of the Faith. As of Koldraxon's Faith: It is similar to The Mantle and a rework of the Great Journey. Anyone who prevents them from acquiring the inheritance to Kal'eon tech would be warned, unless they get shot (if so, they will start a conflict). Starting action: The ExCov declare themselves a Sovereign Planet from Covenant, but do mention that they'll be open to peaceful talk, but closed regarding conflict. In place of orbital defenses, they put their new reconfigured frigates in careful position. Second action: They begin working on a small-scale, anti-drop-pod defense array to prevent surface-side sabotage using pre-existing technologies. Third action: The ExCov send three Corvettes, recently repainted with the Kal'eon Icon/Emblem, to the distress call and arrive to block the Covenant. These will attempt to reason with them. 50% chance of Koldraxon's Influence, other 50% is Covenant vs ExCov.
