Got 3 lvl 31s. Been playing since the game released in September. I have made all 3 classes, and deleted them and remade them all over again. I have run both raids multiple times, played all types of Crucible matches, run strikes regularly, and do my bounties almost daily. I am experienced with all weapon types and subclasses as well.
