It's not about score, and references from your clan mates aren't't needed (though the type of person who would do this is probably in a clan/guild built around other proffessions who would be able to make the links between managing people to a business proffessional). It's not about kill count either. The raids in Destiny pale in comparision to the depths of mechanics and co-ordination it takes to complete that content. Multiple mechanics going on simultaniously that require precise execution from multiple players in the team to move past are common and frequent. To say that your group was in the top ten guilds to complete a raid first is a feat in itself. That group in general has to have great problem solving skills, good communication skills, and a myriad of other skills that would be advantageous for an employer to have. Most of these people aren't your stereotypical gamers either. They have families and jobs so time managment a scheduling comes into play heavily. While it sounds outrageous at first once you see that you're working with people under difficult circumstances that call for you to perform at your best consistantly for an unknown amount of time, the parallels can be drawn. Taking those base skills and applying the to a job should produce similar results, so long as the rest of your team is on the same level of performance. Even if they aren't't you probably have experience helping people who are having trouble in areas of their given tasks on a personal and proffessional level. *shrugs*
