Yeah they will, I just hope everyone has to earn their rewards the same as the next person. Don't be fooled though the number of people that are actually able to beat Crota on hard without cheese in the first few months will be under 10% if that.

That's how it is whether there is cheese in the raid or not. People will have to learn to do it. Also, of course everyone will have to earn their rewards when the hard mode comes out. Would there be any other way?
