Completely this.
I much prefer to do the entire raid legit but each time there's at least 2-3 people that want to cheese the bridge/Crota and skip the shrieker part with a CP.
I paid for the DLC so I much rather play through the content, not get it do asap. Where's the fun in that?

I'm at 9 completions but its becoming such a chore finding a legit group....maybe since I'm Lvl 32 now I can convince them it'll be faster if I just whack him with the sword legit

Finding a good group is almost impossible. Definitely a chore with a slow group but such a blast with a competent team!
