It wouldn't be a week ban either way this isn't bungie that was messed with this was PSN and XBOX LIVE it is in their discretion.

That's no true at all. We play on Bungie's servers through Xbox Live as a provider. Kinda like back in the day when you used AOL to access the internet. Same idea.

No this is in PSN and XBOX LIVE's contract with you and me I don't recall signing ( or hitting 'agree') anything with bungie its stated in the Service and Terms of both companies stating if we hinder our connection to gain in someway we will be penalized by them not by the company who gave us the game.

These players aren't hindering their connection to Xbox Live or PSN. They are quitting the game client. They aren't doing anything to the server except forcing it to change hosts. I agree it's totally cheating but it's not an Microsoft or Sony issue. It's purely up to Bungie to enforce anything.
