The only way they could shut it down perminantly 1. Remove the people in charge, there investors, and subsidiaries. 2. Destroy all of there servers. 3. Remove all of the resources, here in the us and overseas. 4. Destroy all there bases of operations, and manufacturing plants. 6. Remove all of there funds they use to drive there company. Ps. The secret 6th one is they would need to capture bill gates. 2nd ps. I really hope there not so insane as to actually do something so sinister. That would be a legitimate act of terrorism.
