As a hunter, I love to rock the Bladedancer sub-class in and out of PvE, but I do have my second thoughts. Once I get my super rolling, I immediately frown due to the fact that I am forced to a 3rd person camera angle. I can see how this would be advantageous in a combat stance for moves like showstopper, or for just knowing my surroundings but I feel that 1st person would be better.
In 1st person, the camera would show us standing there as normal with our gun. As we use our super, our character simply puts his gun down and brings up his blade and left hand up to the screen with small bolts of lightning flickering about.
While in first person, everything is the same for the most part but there are slight changes. For example, instead of dashing in a straight line like we usually do, we will now dash in the direction we're facing. So, if I'm in Arc Blade mode and someone is gliding in the air, instead of auto-locking to him, I'll have to physically look at them myself and melee to lunge at them. Or I could be fooling around in patrol, look at the skies, and just melee-dash to the roof of the map :).
Anyways, what at are your guys' thoughts on the matter? I feel as if it would be a fun implementation and also make Crucible a little easier on you guys. XP

YES. That'd be a cool little twist and would shut the overpowered shouters up. Though I think it should get buffed for PvE then, right?
