Yeah... I got it on September 12 with the first exotic engram I bought from Xur... Then I got an upgraded one with the same exact stats in the Nightfall. So I used the exotic shard of my old Praxic to complete my new one. Thing is my pride and joy. Sorry bout your bad luck, keep trying!
