Ultimate Edition Help

Hello, I purchased the Ultimate Edition before Destiny came out and now that the DLC's are out. I can't access the new DLC content. The game wants me to pay $20 for the expansion. How can I contact Bungie?, Because I can't find a way.

There was no edition called "Ultimate". Which edition exactly did you purchase, and where from?
