Might as well shut the servers off for a week then since I'd imagine roughly 1/3-1/2 of the player base either has done it personally or been involved in a group that does it.
In that case, how do you decide who gets banned? Is it the whole raid team? Just the player who DC'd? What if I was host and had a power outage and it was just a bad coincidence would I be liable for ban? The logic doesn't hold up and if they enforce it, I foresee a lot of people who are fed up as it is with the problems on Bungie's end just dropping it completely.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
