At least they could tell players that they recognize the bug and are working to fix it. Their lack of communication with players won't affect me since I already plan on never buying another Bungie game again, but I'm sure others would like to see a little more initiative. Sure feels rewarding to see every player in the game with the same Crota's End emblem...
