I'm gonna try to make a Titan outfit for my next con, but I'm a total noob at making my own outfits. What do you think would be the best material to work with?

Pepakura but fiberglass can be a pain. You can use pep files to work in foam.

Plasteel Plating seems to work :)

I would use pepakura and go on 4 shared.com and search destiny helmet and download the titan helmet
