Eh it's only scary at the perfect time to be scary and even then it lacks the tension that FNAF has because it's fairly predictable. I've played around 2 hours of it and there were a couple of times where I would say "que jump scare" and then be like "ok umm yeah so scary". The cutscenes however are reminiscent of a thriller than a horror film but they are enjoyable (muh fingers nooo you bastard I hate you now. I want to kill you now but this game probably won't let me gaaaah I want a gun. Why didn't I take the soldiers gun at the beginning he was dying on pike. Surely he had a pistol on him gaaaaah this game has doesn't let me interact with anything that would make my character seem smart). Overall I'm enjoying it but I'm glad I didn't spend $20 on it.
