I know how much crap you get for being the one link from the community to the development team and that you get bashed on a lot. Sometimes, you can be a wiener (and almost all the time, the community can be a wiener) but it's understandable why we're upset. You never really say much (or anything) [i]about[/i] the things coming to the game in the updates but when you do, they're vague ("We have some good things in store for you"). They're usually about other aspects of the game such as: "I went raiding with my team earlier and they all got Gjallarhorn and the Vex but all I got was ascendant materials;" and then you proceed to tell us other irrelevant things. That's not what we want. This is. "We plan to release an update early next week that will fix the hit detection delay in the Crucible. Also in the update, we will be removing the Mark cap for the Crucible and the Vanguard; and to top things off, we'll be adding in [b]two[/b] new Strikes for all consoles. Next Friday, we'll have three systems set up per console so we can play with everyone in the Crucible! We'll send out an armor shader to those that beat us! We'll be playing Skirmish. One last thing, there's a small problem with the server fix so that update will be delayed. We're not for sure how long it will be but we estimate a week or two. We're working on it, I promise!" Something like that. Something that tells us that you're [b]making progress[/b] on the game and that things are either going smoothly and on time or not so well and will be delayed. That's really what we want to hear. And to the community, do you understand what you're putting him through? He's taking crap from how many people? Hundreds? Thousands? Millions? I'm guilty of saying mean things but it's not directed at anyone. I don't truly blame the BUNGIE team for having issues with their servers. It's not like everyone is sooo perfect and knowledgeable about everything single thing they do. Let's try to be more understanding. If any of us tried doing what they were doing, do you really think we could do any better? It's one thing to come up with an idea; it's another to create, implement, and have that idea be bug free every single time. We all just need to work together better to help make Destiny a game that anyone can enjoy.
