Nope, you don't let the manufacturer of your car or cutlery dictate how you use but if you don't use it the way they want you to and something happens to it are they obligated to help you? Not trying to argue with you it anything but I thought I'd point that out, it's the same thing with games they can't make you play how they want but if you don't then they can do what they want. After all it is their game and they decide what the intended way to use something is.
