How you get flaming heads for your character?
Some told me "it just appears", others tell me it's Nightfall. Any real clue/answer to the question?

Once you complete a nightfall, you get a week long buff called radiant which gives almost all xp a 20 percent buff. It's gone with every reset (new nightfall)
