We do have shoulder charge, but honestly? It's so much easier to run with a shotgun, you ohko them, and you never lose you shotgun and have to build it up again.

I haven't quite leveled up my striker too much, but wouldn't the sprint-shield plus a shotgun be an effective combo?

Haven't got that yet. I only use striker in crucible and level it up with bounties
