Your worst RNG moment?
Hey guys! I decided to start a thread and see what everyone's worst moment was when dealing with RNG?
[b]Mine:[/b] Spent half an hour farming glimmer that i needed to upgrade my Heart of the Praxic Fire to 2.0. Then broke down a Patience and Time to get an exotic shard, and i bought the upgrade. Then went and immediately did the nightfall, and what do you think my roll was at the end? Heart of the Praxic Fire 2.0..........

Edit: Looks like we've hit 1,000+ replies! I don't know if that's a good thing or a depressingly sad thing that we've all had such terrible luck. Lol either way, keep em comin' guys!
Edit: Wow! 2,000+ replies! Judging from the number of replies to my thread about your "best RNG moment," i'd say we all have more bad luck than good with this game. Lol

Did the hard mode raid for the first time tonight and didn't get any drops from oryx or daughter. Also got a hallowed sniper rifle from war priest. But it was only 310. -blam!- you destiny -blam!- you.

Two 310 Telestos in 20 minutes. (Did Nightfall, Three of Coins dropped an special Engram, Nightfall gave me a 310 Telesto, went to the tower and decoded the Engram, got another 310 Telesto) I can't think of anything worse, because I have generally good luck in this game. I got 9 Hawkmoons in year one (first was from a legendary Engram...) and my first VoG hard gave me Fatebringer and Vex Mythoclast in the same run, just for some examples.

Actually this past Tuesday; I received 3 Grasp of Eir on my Warlock during a normal raid. It was quite the awesome sauce moment.

Last HM King's Fall. Killed Golgoroth. Cool, got my 310 harrowed chest. Kill Oryx. 307 Normal mode chest and 310 Harrowed chest AGAIN. I'm gonna take a dump on his chest tomorrow.

My last 4 HM kings fall oryx kills have gotten me 1 pair of boots every single time and none of them went above 312 light

Year 1 I did the night fall on all 3 characters and got the give take equation, next week I got the give take equation..on all 3 characters

Ran hard mode yesterday up to oryx and got nothing but moldering shards while all my friends got at least 1 317 or above at every checkpoint (starting at totems)

Worst rng moment. Year one: doing crota raid everyone except me on fireteam gets hawkmoon at one of the two drop points except for me I was the only person who had not gotten a hawkmoon prior to the raid, had to wait to get it till year two even though I was on PlayStation. Year two: 6 hard mode Oryx kills still no hard mode primary.

Bought an exotic helm from xur. Used my first 3 of coins 30 minutes later and got the same helm. Wasted so many coins that day.
