Every class is equal in the Crucible. The only thing to consider is your play style. As a Titan, we're afforded only two real ways to play in the Crucible (one of which only really works wel in Control and Salvage).
1: Defender. This class is solely made and used for area control and denial. The main reason to run this is the bubble. Your build should really focus on intellect until it's 100% then try and get discipline up there as well. On the bubble, make sure to use Armor of Light as the other ones are relatively useless. This will make you, basically, a God while you're inside your bubble. The only other thing you should try and use are the suppression grenades. These are super useful in controlling blade dancers, gunslingers, and sunsingers. Gameplay: you pop that bubble on a control point or piece o salvage and defend the crap out of it.
1: Striker. This is the "in your face" build focused on speed. Shoulder charge is your bread and butter please never use Juggernaut. That just makes you a free kill. Aftershocks and shockwave are must haves and you get a little bit of choice in grenades between lightning (my fave) and flash bang (always useful but low on killing power). Gameplay: don't stop moving. Master the shoulder charge and you'll be hated. Doing some death defying stunts with your knees and being able to instantly shutdown blade dancers and sunsingers with your fist of havoc will make you love this class.
Think those things through and if they don't sound interesting to your PVP style, then Titan pvp isn't for you. Nothing wrong with that, just know that it isn't for everyone.

Almost the same. I hate warlock jumps! Hunter jumps are nice and fast!
