The Chance is now better than Fatebringer.
I got it from a vanguard upgrade package on my Hunter. Yeah it doesn't have arc damage but this thing has both [b]"Return to sender"[/b] that grants ammo straight to the mag when you get a kill AND [b]"Mulligan"[/b] that has a chance to send missed shots back to the mag too.... so get a kill "[b]have some more ammo[/b]" miss a kill "[b]have some more ammo[/b]"
Also it's able to get to [u]331[/u].
