NO HUSK OF PIT? ONLY BLACK WAX IDOL????

WTF BUNGIE. I KEEP GETTING DROPS OF BLACK WAX IDOL. I'm not even picking them up. The black wax idols are just awarded to me. Glitch?? Anyone else experiencing this problem when trying to get husk of the pit?

I got it awesome rotation going on the moon I killed 21 before I got mine. Now I have to get my reputation with Aris up to level 3 before I can continue lol
